I am best known for my motivational skills, teaching people how to dig deep down inside themselves, by challenging them beyond what they believe they can do. Showing them their own strength and abilities; mentally, emotionally, and physically.

I provide coaching and consulting for people from around the world, with the focus on how to easily and efficiently shift to a healthy diet, coupled with a full ‘body and mind’ conditioning program
I advise and lead women on how PMS does not have to be a part of their lives

I use my RITTASPORTS concept, a holistic approach to fitness and health that I have successfully used with more clients than I can remember, helping them reach the perfect balance of fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and motivation.

How it works:
Start by booking your free consultation session, where we will discuss your goals and see how the energy flows between us.
We then discuss your food and/or training history, to have a properly tailored program that fits your needs and busy schedule
Shifting to a plant-based nutrition plan or a new exercise plan can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be a punishment. I will teach you step by step how to:
- Easily and efficiently start eating food that is alive: as close to its original, natural form as possible.
-Choose local and seasonal produce
- Prepare plant-based, whole, unrefined, unprocessed, healthy food from scratch - not pre-cooked, not frozen, not canned
